Venom: Let There be Carnage Release Date Preponed to October 1

The recent trailers for Venom: Let There Be Carnage have managed to garner a huge amount of excitement in the fans, at the same time not giving up too much of what will go down in the film. The first Venom movie was a shocking success, managing to rake in a massive $856 million at the box office. This led to Sony confirming a sequel and the fans have been looking forward to it ever since the title was announced. After all, this would be the first ever appearance of Cletus Kassady aka Carnage in a film. The movie will see Tom Hardy returning as Eddie Brock aka Venom, along with Michelle Williams who plays Brock’s love interest. In addition, Woody Harrelson will be portraying Kassady, who turns into Carnage.

The movie was initially set to release on September 24th, but was later pushed back to October 15th. However, it has now got a new release date, as confirmed by Sony Studios.

The movie is now expected to release on October 1st, shifted two weeks earlier from its intended release date. This comes after only a month from when Sony had decided to push back the release from September 24th to October 15th due to the rising Covid cases in the US.
